How early should we book a festival or community-event photo booth?

Summer-festival dates (June-September) fill fastest — secure 4-6 months out. Town-centre Christmas events and PTA summer fairs typically go 3-4 months out. Smaller council fun days and pop-ups are usually fine 6-8 weeks ahead. Weekend dates across the school summer holidays and late-August bank-holiday weekend are the tightest.

How do you handle outdoor setup and weather contingency?

The booth is rated for indoor and sheltered-outdoor use — we need a marquee, gazebo, or covered terrace to keep the kit dry. Direct rain isn't suitable. For festivals we typically position inside a sponsor tent or alongside a food/drinks tent.

Can the booth run off-grid at festival sites?

Yes — battery-powered booths are available for sites without mains power (the Ring Roamer is fully battery- powered for the entire hire). Powered booths can also run from a generator if your site provides one.

How does the booth handle big festival crowds?

Booths can handle high-throughput events with attended queue management. For particularly busy sites we run two-attendant operation or pair the booth with a Ring Roamer that walks through the crowd capturing photos rather than waiting for guests to come to it.

Is the booth family-friendly for community events?

Yes — the Selfie Pod and Kids Selfie Pod are popular for family-day setups. Curated overlays skip anything age-inappropriate; the attendant supervises the area throughout.

Can you do multi-day festival coverage?

Yes — multi-day setups available with a single end-of-event gallery delivery covering all days. Discounted multi-day pricing applies. Common for 2-3 day music festivals and weekend community events.

Can you run multiple booths or sponsor activations at the same site?

Yes — multi-booth setups for large festival sites where one booth can't cover the throughput. Common pairing: a fixed Magic Mirror or Party Booth at the main stage area plus a Ring Roamer walking the crowd. Each can have its own sponsor branding.
