Around 10–20 seconds of finished footage from a ~5-second capture. Guests can repeat as many times as they like during the hire — most groups do two or three takes to land their favourite. There's no cap on the total number of clips per hire.

Yes — a branded overlay is included on every hire as standard. You can pick a watermark, frame or lower-third, and send us your logo, event name, hashtag or wedding monogram at booking. Intro and outro cards aren't part of the standard overlay.
Yes — the platform is non-slip and our attendant guides every group on and off. We've run plenty of hires with brides and bridesmaids in heels.
Yes, there's music — generic event music plays during capture so clips don't come out silent, and it's baked into the export. You can send us a specific track if you want something on-brand, but we usually suggest sticking with our generic library to avoid copyright takedowns on Reels and TikTok uploads.

As early as you can — peak Saturday dates (summer weddings, December corporate parties) book out furthest ahead. Weekday and off-peak dates are often available with much shorter notice. Either way, send your date and postcode through the instant quote and we'll confirm availability straight away.
Wi-Fi is needed for on-the-night instant sharing — the booth uploads each clip to our hosted landing page so guests can QR-scan and download seconds later. If venue Wi-Fi is unavailable or unreliable, we capture everything offline and deliver the clips to you afterwards. Sharing is just delayed, not lost.
Most of our 360 booths run from a standard 13A socket. Some units in our fleet are battery-operated, which is useful for outdoor settings or venues where mains power isn't easily reachable. Let us know at quote stage if you specifically need battery operation and we'll confirm availability for your date.
Yes — for corporate events, brand activations and trade shows we can email-gate the download (guests enter their email before getting their clip) and send you a post-event report covering plays, downloads and social shares. Useful for lead generation. Flag this at quote stage so we can configure the landing page accordingly.
