How much does party photo booth hire cost?

Party photo booth hire pricing depends on the booth style, hire length, day of the week and venue location. Use our instant quote form above — tell us your date, venue postcode and rough guest count, and we'll send a full price within minutes. No call required, no obligation.

What kinds of "party" suit a photo booth best?

Hen parties, anniversaries, baby showers, engagement parties, leaving-do's, retirement parties, garden parties and milestone-celebration parties of all kinds. Specifically not weddings (which have their own page), birthdays (here), corporate events (here), or seasonal parties (Christmas / Holiday).

Should the booth be self-service or attended for a casual party?

Attended is the default — even at casual parties, having an operator means no awkward interruptions and no chaos around midnight when self-service tends to break down. Self-service can work for short kids' parties or family-only events where you want relaxed flow.

Does the booth work alongside late-night dancing?

Yes — most parties peak after the cake/sit-down portion and the booth runs straight through dancing. We position alongside the dance floor (not on it) so the queue doesn't compete with the dancing space. The Party Booth is the most dance-floor-tuned.

How big a prop variety do we get?

Standard prop pack includes hats, glasses, signs, wigs and accessories — enough variety that no two photos look identical. Themed prop packs available at booking (sports, retro decades, hen-party, milestone-birthday, sci-fi). For long parties we refresh the prop selection mid-event.

How long should we book the booth for a party?

Standard hire is 3 hours of operation. Most parties find peak photo-booth time lands between 9pm-midnight — book the booth open from cake-cut through the first hour of dancing for maximum guest engagement. Late-night extension to 1-2am available.

Can we customise the prints with names and themes?

Yes — every print can include the party's name(s), date and a custom design (themed for the celebration). Send the artwork brief at booking; we'll preview the overlay before the day so it lands exactly as you want.

What if our venue is small?

Most of our booths fit in 1.5m × 2m of floor space. The Selfie Pod and the Selfie Ring work in even tighter venues (corners, alcoves, by the bar) and at house and garden parties. Tell us the venue at booking and we'll match the booth to the space.

How early should we book the party photo booth?

3-6 months ahead for popular Saturday dates (especially May-September and December). Milestone parties at hired venues book earlier — the booth gets locked in alongside the venue and catering. Short-notice midweek and last-minute parties are sometimes possible — get an instant quote and we'll confirm availability.

Do you cover parties outside Surrey?
